Cerebral Palsy Land of Lincoln offers summer speech and public
speaking sessions

SPRINGFIELD -- Throughout the summer United
Cerebral Palsy Land of Lincoln will offer individual speech therapy
services to children and young adults from birth to 21 years of age.
Registered and licensed therapist Maggie Cullen, CCC-SLP, will
provide the therapy sessions.

Cullen is also providing training to build skills for public
speaking. The sessions will focus on speech and debate
presentations, along with developing public speaking confidence. The
four private, one-hour sessions are offered to junior and senior
high school students, as well as adults. Those interested in
attending the speech therapy or the public speaking sessions should

Serving 27 counties in central Illinois, United Cerebral Palsy of
Land of Lincoln provides services to over 1,200 individuals with
various disabilities and their families. Services include therapies,
job training and placement, assistive technology, summer camps,
residential support, day services, respite, case management, and
advocacy.
