WLNX evening of comedy is May 19         

[MAY 11, 2006]  WLNX is going to make you laugh. Lincoln College's radio station is planning a comedy night with comedians Royce Elliott and Mike Dentino at 7:30 on May 19 in the Johnston Center for Performing Arts on the college campus.

WLNX general manager and LC radio instructor John Malone thinks the evening will provide entertainment for the entire family and, of course, make you chuckle. "Royce Elliott is billed as 'America's cleanest comedian' and has appeared in other venues alongside big-name entertainers," Malone said. “Mike Dentino is a veteran of the central Illinois comedy circuit and performs regularly at many Midwestern locales, including Chicago."

Tickets are $10 per person, and seating is still available. Reservations can be made by calling [phone], ext. 280. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Proceeds for the evening of comedy will benefit the broadcast education courses at Lincoln College.
