12, 2006] Habitat for Humanity will hold a fundraiser
sale of surplus building materials at its warehouse at 700 N.
Kickapoo St. on May 20, starting at 8 a.m.
Many items are new. Building materials to be sold include slider,
double-hung and casement windows; bifold doors and an interior door
with jamb; exterior doors; stoves; vanities; a dishwasher; ceiling
fans with lights; and other miscellaneous items.
Proceeds from the sale will be applied toward Habitat's mission
to provide simple, decent and affordable shelter to people lacking
adequate housing in Logan County.
