'Hometown Spotlight' on Lincoln         

[MAY 17, 2006]  EAST PEORIA -- Every town has a story, a moment in history, a claim to fame, something that makes it special. Since April 23, WEEK-TV has been taking viewers to the hometown treasures of central Illinois, putting a spotlight on attractions or events in communities throughout the area. News 25 will highlight Lincoln on Thursday.

Join "News 25 Nightside at Ten" to see your city in the "Hometown Spotlight." One of the attractions featured is the Lincoln College Museum. With gas prices as high as they are, this is a good time for a getaway that doesn't require a full tank.

The series continues through May and features an attraction or event each night on "Nightside at Ten."
