Acetaminophen caplets contain metal fragments Perrigo
Company is recalling 383 lots of acetaminophen 500 milligram caplets
as a result of small metal fragments found in a small number of
these caplets. Approximately 11 million bottles manufactured and
distributed under various store brands and containing varying
quantities of acetaminophen 500 milligram caplets are affected by

Miter saws can crack
WMH Tool Group Inc. is recalling Wilton miter saws sold
nationwide from January 2002 to October 2006. The aluminum cast
pivot joint that connects the base of the saw to the head assembly,
which contains the saw blade, can crack under extreme pressure or
force, causing the blade assembly to unexpectedly break free from
the stationary base. This poses a laceration hazard.
The recall involves all Wilton brand 10-inch compound miter saws,
including models with the laser line feature with model numbers
99164 and 99192. The model number is written on a black label on the
motor housing.
Consumers should return the saws to the store where purchased for
a full refund.

DeWalt saws pose laceration hazard
DeWalt Industrial Tool Co. is recalling DeWalt DW378G/DW378GT
framing saws and DC300 circular saws sold nationwide from January
2003 to August 2006. The lower blade guard can fail to close,
leaving the blade exposed and presenting a laceration hazard to
consumers.
This recall involves DeWalt DW378G and DW378GT 7 one-fourth-inch
framing saws with date codes 200301-49 through 200637-49. Circular
saws involved in this recall have model number DC300 with date codes
200601-49 through 200637-49.

ATV winch kits pose fire hazard
Warn Industries Inc. is recalling Warn ATV and utility vehicle
winch kits sold nationwide from May 2001 to September 2005. A
component of the winch kit, the eight-post contactor, can continue
to pull current when in the "off" position, which can cause it to
overheat and pose a fire hazard.
This recall involves eight-post contactors used on certain 2,500-
to 3,500-pound Warn ATV and utility vehicle winch kits. The black
contactors were sold as a part of the winch kits and have a Warn
logo on the top and bottom of the contactor. Warn part number 62135

Delta Enterprise Corp. is recalling "Cars" toy chests sold
nationwide at Toys "R" Us from March 2006 to August 2006. The red
paint on the partition panels of the toy box contains high levels of
lead.
The wooden toy storage box is decorated with graphics from the
animated movie "Cars." Only toy boxes with the codes PO#FJ505192 or
PO#FJ605042 marked on the side panel are included in this recall.
Consumers should return the toy chests to any Toys "R" Us for a
credit or refund.

Lawn sprinklers pose laceration hazard
Enesco Group Inc. is recalling Heartwood Creek turtle sprinklers
sold nationwide from January 2006 to June 2006. When connected to a
garden hose, the sprinkler can break or shatter under normal
household water pressure, presenting a laceration hazard.
This recall involves the Heartwood Creek turtle sprinkler made of
resin with a decorative turtle shell. The sprinkler stands about 5
1/2 inches tall and 10 inches long. The bottom of the sprinkler is
printed with the item number 4005179 and the Heartwood Creek logo.

Toys pose choking hazard
Gund Inc. is recalling Baby Gund Woodles activity toys sold
nationwide from June 2005 to April 2006. The wooden rings on the
stuffed toy can break, posing a small-parts choking hazard.
The product is a baby activity toy available in various animal
shapes. There are four different styles: Rumba Lion, with style
number 58553; Gazoo Giraffe, with style number 58554; Wango Horse,
with style number 58555; and Tippy Cow, with style number 58556. The
Woodles name and the style number are located on the sewn-in label.
