Emily Henrichsmeyer receives Komnick Scholarship

[OCT. 2, 2006]  Lincoln College freshman Emily Henrichsmeyer, daughter of Greg and Valerie Henrichsmeyer of Lincoln, has been awarded the William A. and Katherine A. Komnick and Marjorie Komnick Smith Memorial Scholarship at Lincoln College.

Henrichsmeyer, a 2005 graduate of Lincoln Community High School, is currently studying general education courses and plans to continue her education at a four-year university after earning an associate degree at Lincoln College.

The William A. and Katherine A. Komnick and Marjorie Komnick Smith Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a deserving freshman student who shows financial need and who is in good academic standing. The scholarship is in memory of William and Katherine Komnick and their daughter Marjorie. The award is made possible by Mr. and Mrs. Komnick's daughter Elsie Menzel of Lincoln.
