A defect with the flash circuit in these cameras can cause it to smoke and overheat when the camera is turned on. This poses a possible burn hazard. The original recall included the Infinity Twin, AF-1 Twin, Infinity Zoom 200 series, AZ 200 series and Quantary Infinity Zoom 222 Olympus brand 35 mm film cameras. Infinity Zoom 76 and the Promaster Infinity Twin model cameras are now included.

The recalled Delta Performance or Delta Performance Plus series combination water heaters operate on natural or propane gas. "Triangle Tube" is written on the silver-colored control panel. "Delta" is printed on the front of the water heater.
