[OCT. 13, 2006]  MIDDLETOWN -- Yes, it's back again this year. The annual K-C-B turkey dinner will be Oct. 21 at Lincoln Community High School in Lincoln. Hours are 4 to 7 p.m.

The menu includes turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, applesauce, cranberries, slaw, rolls, dessert, and beverage.

Donations are $4 for ages 4-9, $8 for 10 and above, and free up to age 3.

Information will be available on Middletown's 175th anniversary book, "Memories of Middletown, 1832-2007," and the scholarship fund, as well as historical displays.

The turkey dinner is a benefit for the Knapp-Chestnut-Becker Historical Society, which maintains the Knapp Library and Museum, 101 S. Clinton in Middletown, and provides educational and cultural events for the community.
