Children 12 years old and younger are asked to come in costume,
parade around the downtown and visit with the merchants, who will
hand out treats. Plan to meet at City Hall parking lot at 9:50 a.m.
Parents and others are invited to be with their children and join in
the parade.
In case of rain, participants will meet in the Arcade for
pictures and treats.
