Election Information

Early voting          Send a link to a friend

[OCT. 31, 2006]  Public notice is hereby given that early voting in Logan County is being conducted on the following dates prior to the Nov. 7 general election: Oct. 16 through Nov. 2 at the Office of the Logan County Clerk, 601 Broadway in Lincoln, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Any registered voter in Logan County may use this location for early voting.

What is early voting?

Early voting allows all registered voters to cast their ballots prior to Election Day by voting at a predesignated site named by the county clerk. Early voters must be registered and present a valid picture ID showing their current voter registration address. Unlike absentee voting, a voter does not need a reason to cast an early vote.

Any questions concerning voting may be directed to the county clerk's office, 217-732-4148.

[Sally J. Litterly, Logan County clerk]
