Wheat, Oats, Soybeans Rise in Chicago   Send a link to a friend

[August 04, 2007]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures mostly rose Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for September delivery increased 8.75 cents to $6.505 a bushel; December corn was flat at $3.4125 a bushel; December oats added 0.5 cent to $2.705 a bushel; November soybeans rose 5 cents to $8.595 a bushel.

Beef futures fell and pork futures were mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle fell 0.05 cent to 98.1 cents a pound; September feeder cattle dipped 0.25 cent to $1.161 a pound; October lean hogs rose 1.65 cents to 76.35 cents a pound; February pork bellies dropped to 0.8 cent to 86.5 cents a pound.
