Soybeans and corn rise on Chicago Board of Trade

[August 08, 2007]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Wheat for September delivery fell 1.50 cent to close at $6.6250 a bushel; December corn rose 9 cents to $3.5200 a bushel; December oats rose 2.25 cents to $2.7225 a bushel; and November soybeans rose 12.75 cents to $8.6275 a bushel.

Beef futures fell and pork futures closed mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle fell 1.83 cent to end at 95.87 cents a pound; September feeder cattle fell 2.12 cents to $1.1440 a pound; October lean hogs dipped 2.48 cents to 72.57 cents a pound; and February pork bellies rose 1.45 cent to 89.00 cents a pound.
