Description: Makes improvements to Illinois' Bright Start College Savings Program.

House Bill 0137

Concerning: General Assembly

Description: Allows the clerk of the House of Representatives and the secretary of the Senate to sell legislators the chairs used on the chamber floor at their original price through 2010.

Action: Signed

Effective: Immediately

House Bill 0182

Concerning: Education

Description: Establishes forensic psychiatry training programs at the University of Illinois-Chicago and Southern Illinois University.
