Middletown Presents Town History to Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library

[December 01, 2007]  MIDDLETOWN -- Dennis Suttles, genealogist at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library in Springfield, received the book "Memories of Middletown: 1832-2007" from Fanny Bertram, secretary of the Knapp-Chesnut-Becker Historical Society.

The book, published June 12, details the unique history of Middletown, the oldest town in Logan County, with its ties to Abe Lincoln and U.S. aviation history, and contains many family histories.
