LCC Angels Frozen Out

[December 06, 2007]  Cold weather outside was nothing to the frigid shooting of the Lincoln Christian College Angels as they lost to the Panthers of Greenville College 64-24. The Angels were only able to shoot 16.7 percent for the game.

Bobbie Larson was the only Angel in double figures, with 11.

The Panthers from Greenville used 20 different players, with 10 of them scoring, three in double figures. Patricia Frost had 12, Meredith Banel 11 and Susan Giethinji with 10.

The Angels were outscored by 30 in the first half and 10 in the second.

Lincoln Christian College is now 1-8 and will play again at Webster University on Saturday.
