Wheat, Corn Prices Rise on CBOT

[December 07, 2007]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Futures for grains and beans finished in a mixed range Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery rose 6.5 cents to $8.915 a bushel; March corn rose 0.75 cent to $4.12 a bushel; March oats shed 0.25 cent to $2.79 a bushel; January soybeans fell 0.75 cent to $10.9875 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle rose 0.22 cent to 96.17 cents a pound; January feeder cattle rose 0.1 cent to $1.0635 a pound; February lean hogs gained 0.1 cent to 61.2 cents a pound; February pork bellies added 0.08 cent to 90.25 cents a pound.
