[December 12, 2007]  Due to the inclement weather last Sunday, the Lincoln Junior Woman's Club has rescheduled its tour of homes to Saturday. The theme this year is "Brighten Your Holidays!" The featured homes will be open from 1 to 5 p.m.

Featured are Michael and Tanya Glenn's home at 214 N. Union St.; Caroline Kiest's home at 192 Ninth St.; Todd and Linda Mourning's home at 221 N. Logan St.; Tim and Sharon Gissler's home at 1847 Innsbrook Ave. (Legends subdivision); and Mike and Brenda Fink's home at 1200 1600th Ave., Beason. Visitors interested in home decoration, remodeling, restoration and holiday decorating will find this tour very enjoyable.

Tickets are available at the door of each home on the day of the tour for $7. Advance tickets may be purchased from any LJWC member or at these local businesses: Lincoln Area YMCA and MKS Jewelers. Proceeds from this event help fund the club's many community service projects.

For further information, please call Tina Warfel at 735-3048 or Cathy Huerd at 732-3975.
