Wheat Prices Tumble on CBOT

[December 12, 2007]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agricultural futures finished in a mixed range Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery fell 19 cents to $9.105 a bushel; March corn rose 6.25 cents to $4.24 a bushel; March oats jumped 7.5 cents to $2.915 a bushel; January soybeans gained 9.75 cents to $11.355 a bushel.

Beef futures ended mixed, and pork futures fell on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle rose 0.13 cent to 97.25 cents a pound; January feeder cattle fell 0.15 cent to $1.0597 a pound; February lean hogs lost 0.33 cent to 63.02 cents a pound; February pork bellies dipped 0.67 cent to 91.8 cents a pound.
