"It's the third time...,
it's a charm..., it's going to happen," is what Main Street Lincoln
President Kristen Green-Morrow told Lincoln City Council members of
her hopes for the Lincoln Christmas Parade. She said that the parade
has been rescheduled for Thursday at 7 p.m.

Ice storms canceled the event two Sundays in a row.
Main Street had to look for a night when they could have their
volunteers there. It may be that not everyone who would have come
will be able to make it. "But, the important thing is that Santa
Claus is going to be able to make it," Dr. Green-Morrow said.
