She was born in
Vandalia, IL. She married Donald Dooley on January
19, 1951, at Pocahontas, AR.
She was preceded in
death by her parents and four brothers: Dale,
George, Clarence “Skeet” and Delbert Melton and one
niece, Betty McKinlay.
She is survived by
her husband Donald Dooley, two nephews, Jerry (and
Rosemary) Melton and William “Bill” (and Linda)
Melton, all of Lincoln.
She was a member of
Lincoln Christian Church.
