Louise J. Fitzer, 90, of
Lincoln died at 5:40 a.m. on Sunday, December 23, 2007 at The
Christian Village in Lincoln.
A Funeral Mass for Mrs. Fitzer will be held on Saturday, December
29, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church in Lincoln. |
No visitation is scheduled. Cremation Rites have
been accorded.
Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
Peasley Funeral Home is charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Fitzer was born on November 21, 1917 in
Lincoln, the daughter of Patrick H. and Ella Reinert
Whitesell. She married Alfred Rogers in 1937. He
preceded her in death. She later married Bernard
Fitzer. He also preceded her in death.
Surviving Mrs. Fitzer are her son, Patrick Rogers of Lincoln; four
grandchildren, Timothy (Celeste) Rogers, Paddy
Rogers, Michael Rogers and Kathy Sprague;
her cousin Norma Bierman; two great grandchildren,
Nathaniel and Tyler Sprague.
Preceding Mrs. Fitzer in death are her husbands:
Alfred Rogers and Bernard Fitzer; and a
daughter-in-law Ruth Rogers.
Mrs. Fitzer graduated from Lincoln High School . She
was member of Holy Family Catholic Church in
Lincoln.
