Wheat, Soybeans Down on CBOT

[December 29, 2007]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agricultural futures traded mixed Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery fell 26.25 cents to $9.15 a bushel; March corn rose 2.5 cents to $4.5475 a bushel; March oats traded flat at $3.09 a bushel; March soybeans dropped 8.5 cents to $12.23 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures fell on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle dropped 0.12 cent to 96.05 cents a pound; January feeder cattle fell 0.05 cent to $1.0432 a pound; February lean hogs dropped 1.97 cent to 57.30 cents a pound; February pork bellies retreated 0.05 cent to 84.77 cents a pound.
