The Lincoln Railsplitters opened their season at the Nov. 20
Lincoln Tournament in East St. Louis with a narrow loss to the East
St. Louis Flyers, 68-66. The Railsplitters went on to gain an
11-game winning streak until their last game, again against East St.
Louis, in a holiday tournament at Collinsville on Saturday. Once
again, the Flyers stole the win in the last seconds of the game,
ending 43-40.
