WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS CANCELLED.

THE NATL WEATHER SVC IN LINCOLN HAS CANCELLED THE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY.

THE MAIN BULK OF THE PRECIPITATION HAS MOVED OUT OF IL.LEAVING ONLY SOME SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS IN ITS WAKE. SOME SLEET & FREEZING DRIZZLE MAY MIX IN WITH THE PRECIPITATION.BUT IT WILL BE MOSTLY VERY LIGHT SNOW ALONG & WEST OF THE INTERSTATE 55 CORRIDOR. ONLY MINOR & VERY ISOLATED SNOW ACCUMULATIONS CAN BE EXPECTED FROM THESE SHOWERS.WHICH ARE LIKELY TO LAST THROUGHOUT TODAY.
