Max Koning was the lone first-place winner, winning the championship
in the 7-8 age group. Jacob White placed third in the same age
group, while Brock Laubenstein and Johnathan Murphy placed fourth.
Andrew Lawrence and Austin Swarts both competed but were unable to
place. Christian Bennett and Jack Fernandes were fourth in the
9-10 age group, while Tim Parker and Keaton Letterle each placed
sixth. Bailey Tieman and Ben Wilson wrestled but did not place.
Luke Koning was second in the 11-12 age group, Brandon Crawford
was fifth, and Anthony Parker wrestled but was unable to place.
Next up for the Lincoln youth team is a trip to Mahomet this
coming Sunday.
