Grains, soybeans move higher          Send a link to a friend

[July 06, 2007]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Grain and soybean futures advanced Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for September delivery rose 21 cents to $6.04 a bushel; September corn rose 4 cents to $3.325 a bushel; September oats rose 1.75 cent to $2.6725 a bushel; August soybeans rose 4.25 cents to $8.60 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures increased on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle rose 0.73 cent to 90.70 cents a pound; August feeder cattle rose 0.62 cent to $1.1217 a pound; August lean hogs rose 0.40 cent to 70.60 cents a pound; August pork bellies rose 3 cents to 90.17 cents a pound.
