Lincoln residents enjoyed an evening social at Latham Park on Thursday. The crowd enjoyed bluegrass selections by the Corn Pickers, speech performances by Lincoln Moore and Tony Cucuru, ice cream and cake.

The Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission hosted the event.

Mayor Beth Davis took a moment to thank the many people that were behind organizing this year’s Heritage Days.

Lincoln look-alikes that will represent young Abraham Lincoln, President Lincoln and his wife Mary Todd during the upcoming Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial were also chosen. [Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission hosts evening social and Lincoln look-alike contests]
