Grains, soybeans rise          Send a link to a friend

[July 11, 2007]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Soybean and grain futures increased Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for September rose 2.25 cents to $6.0175 a bushel; September corn rose 6.25 cents to $3.455 a bushel; September oats rose 8.25 cents to $2.7175 a bushel; August soybeans rose 18 cents to $8.935 a bushel.

Beef declined while pork futures ended mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle fell 0.55 cent to 91.97 cents a pound; August feeder cattle fell 0.45 cent to $1.1402 a pound; August lean hogs rose 0.95 cent to 70.80 cents a pound; August pork bellies fell 0.57 cent to 86.20 cents a pound.
