The Latham Park bandstand is looking good again after being lavished with some TLC recently. The historic structure, believed to have been built in 1917, received much-needed surface restoration and fresh paint.  Cory Bell chose the shelter for an Eagle Scout project.  When the work was done, Bell said that it felt good to help keep something around for others to enjoy.  [picture by Jan Youngquist] click on picture for a larger image.    See story in Top Stories.
