Soybean, grains prices rise          Send a link to a friend

[July 13, 2007]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Soybean and grain futures advanced in early trading Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for September delivery rose 7.75 cents to $6.095 a bushel; December corn opened flat at $3.57 a bushel; September oats added 0.75 cent to $2.725 a bushel; November soybeans rose 0.5 cent to $9.21 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures were mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle rose.08 cent to 92.05 cents a pound; August feeder cattle fell 0.07 cent to $1.1395 a pound; August lean hogs rose 0.05 cent to 70.75 cents a pound; August pork bellies fell 0.35 cent to 86.90 cents a pound.
