Wheat, soybeans, corn rise          Send a link to a friend

[July 25, 2007]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Wheat, soybean and corn futures rose Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for September delivery rose 21.75 cents to end at $6.4200 a bushel; December corn rose 1.25 cents to close at $3.2675 a bushel; December oats ended up 12.75 cents at $2.5775 a bushel; November soybeans gained 4.50 cents to end at $8.4550 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures closed mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle added 0.65 cents to 92.62 cents a pound; August feeder cattle fell 0.20 cents to $1.1650 a pound; August lean hogs slipped 0.40 cent to 74.15 cents a pound; August pork bellies increased 0.45 cents to 90.15 cents a pound.
