spur work to begin

Beginning Monday, crews will
begin a pavement reconstruction project near Emden. The project is
located at the Interstate 155 overhead on 2600th Street, also known
as the Emden spur overhead. The roadways near the project will be
closed during construction. The project is expected to take two
weeks to complete.
