Soybeans Rise, Grains Mixed    Send a link to a friend

[June 02, 2007]  CHICAGO (AP) Soybean futures increased and grains finished mixed Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for July delivery rose 3 3/4 cents to $5.20 3/4 a bushel; July corn fell 3 1/2 cents to $3.86 3/4 a bushel; July oats rose 5 cents to $2.86 a bushel; July soybeans rose 11 1/4 cents to $8.17 1/2 a bushel.

Beef futures declined and pork futures settled mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle fell .80 cent to 90.67 cents a pound; August feeder cattle fell 1.17 cent to $1.1025 a pound; July lean hogs rose .63 cent to 75.15 cents a pound; July pork bellies fell 1.95 cent to 98.70 cents a pound.
