Yes, the sign says, "Stop ahead," but wouldn't balloons be exempt? Actually this was one of many balloonists who took advantage of Saturday evening's ideal flying weather.  This balloon launched near McDonald's on Lincoln's northwest side.

The balloons provided an added attraction to this weekend's festivals, celebrations and the countywide garage sale that took place from the north to the south end of the county in Atlanta, Lincoln, Broadwell and Elkhart.
