[June 11, 2007]  (AP) The remains of Tropical Storm Barry were bringing strong wind and rain to the Northeast on Monday, while wet weather and cooler temperatures were expected on the West Coast.

Intense winds, coastal and infland flooding and minor beach erosion were possible in New Jersey, the center of the storm's remains. Rain was expected throughout the Northeast and Midwest, with downpours in parts.

In the West, wet weather was expected in Washington and Oregon. Rainfall was expected to be moderate and temperatures were expected to be significantly cooler.

The Rockies and the Southwest were also expected to get some rain from afternoon thunderstorms.

Temperatures in the Lower 48 states Sunday ranged from a low of 30 degrees at Lake Yellowstone, Wyo., to a high of 110 degrees at Bullhead City, Ariz.
