Soybeans, grains rise          Send a link to a friend

[June 12, 2007]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Grain and soybean futures increased Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for July delivery rose 28.5 cents to $5.56 a bushel; July corn rose 14 cents to $3.96 a bushel; July oats rose 2.5 cents to $2.94.5 a bushel; July soybeans rose 8.5 cents to $8.30 a bushel.

Beef futures ended mixed while pork futures advanced on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle rose 0.40 cent to 90 cents a pound; August feeder cattle fell 0.65 cent to $1.0755 a pound; July lean hogs rose 0.65 cent to 74.40 cents a pound; July pork bellies rose 0.70 cent to 96.05 cents a pound.
