There were 78 members
present. The most senior member in attendance was second-generation
member Elizabeth Dobey, daughter of the late Jesse and Bessie Logan
Sparks. The youngest was sixth-generation member Madison Danley,
daughter of Jason and April Danley. Traveling the farthest were Lori
Adams and Jacob of O'Fallon, Mo. Officers elected for the 2008
reunion were Gary Sparks, president; Charity Hutchison, vice
president; and Christina Sparks, secretary-treasurer.
The 49th assembly of the Sparks family will take place on June 8,
2008, at the Middletown.
