Grains, soybeans mostly advance          Send a link to a friend

[June 21, 2007]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Soybean futures advanced and grains finished mostly higher Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for July delivery rose 24 cents to $6.05 a bushel; July corn fell 1.75 cent to $3.94.25 a bushel; July oats rose 2.75 cents to $2.75 a bushel; July soybeans rose 10 cents to $8.39 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures declined on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle fell 0.80 cent to 90.50 cents a pound; August feeder cattle fell 0.35 cent to $1.0810 a pound; July lean hogs fell 0.45 cent to 74.72 cents a pound; July pork bellies fell 1.83 cent to 95.22 cents a pound.
