Support for Illinois sufferers of central nervous system disease       Send a link to a friend

[March 02, 2007]  The Lincoln MS Walk is set for May 6. This walk will be at Kickapoo Creek Park, and we encourage all of you to mark the date on your calendars. Check-in begins at 12:30 p.m. Team pictures will be at 1:15 and the walk starts at 1:30.

For thousands of people, multiple sclerosis is a chronic disease of the central nervous system, affecting the brain and the spinal cord. It typically strikes in the prime of life and it changes life forever. There are approximately 20,000 people in Illinois who suffer from this disease, and they continue to need your help in providing various programs and servicesas well as research.
