[March 22, 2007]  SPRINGFIELD -- Sen. Larry Bomke joined AFSCME Council 31 at a press conference Wednesday to voice concerns about staffing cutbacks at the Illinois Department of Corrections. John Cameron (above, left), Debby Lippincott and Bomke called for a change at IDOC to improve safety and security in prisons because staffing levels have declined over the past year.
