everyone she knew with her energy and creativity -- not just in the
professional world, but in every part of her life. She faced a long
battle with breast cancer with courage and determination. She never
complained or showed the slightest sign of self-pity; instead
Carolyn worked hard, achieved success and brought joy to everyone
who was fortunate enough to know her," Blagojevich said. "My
deepest sympathy goes out to Carolyn's family, especially her young
son Tre, and to her many friends. And I hope that when we face
