[May 16, 2007]  The DivorceCare seminar and support group will explore the role of depression in healing when the group meets from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Jefferson Street Christian Church, 1700 N. Jefferson St.

DivorceCare is a video seminar series featuring experts on divorce and recovery topics such as coping with anger and loneliness, financial survival, and single parenting. Each session also includes a group discussion.

"Facing My Depression" looks at losses that accompany divorce and how they contribute to depression, and identifies effective ways of dealing with that depression. The video features psychology professor Archibald Hart, Ph.D., and pastoral ministries professor David Seamands, Ph.D.
