[May 16, 2007]  In an 11-1 vote on Tuesday evening, the Logan County Board approved issuing $300,000 in tax anticipation warrants to carry the county through until tax moneys come in during July. Board member Pat O'Neill was the lone vote against borrowing.

In other action, the board approved:
  • Construction/repairs of two bridges in Atlanta road district and one in Broadwell road district.

  • Reimbursement on ground lease for Dennis Ramlow on 7.5 acres of airport farm ground that is involved in drainage improvements and cannot be farmed.

  • The reappointments of Carol Gustafson and Gerald Lolling to the Logan County Regional Planning Commission.

The board recessed to a date to be announced, in hopes of having a completed audit to review.
