Lincoln umpire works NCAA Division III College World Series          Send a link to a friend

[May 30, 2007]  APPLETON, Wis. -- Jon Garlits, of Lincoln, was one of eight umpires from all over the United States to just finish working the 2007 NCAA Division III College Baseball World Series at Appleton.

The tournament was May 25-29, with Kean University of Union, N.J., beating Emory University of Atlanta, Ga., 5-4 in 10 innings on Tuesday in the championship game.
