Agricultural Futures Finish Down on CBOT

[November 02, 2007]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Agricultural futures slumped Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade, with wheat leading the declines.

Wheat for December delivery fell 29.75 cents to $7.7825 a bushel; December corn slipped 6.75 cents to $3.6875 a bushel; December oats fell 0.01 cent a bushel to $2.8675; January soybeans shed 19.25 cents to $10.065 per bushel.

Beef futures fell and pork futures fell on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

December live cattle fell 0.82 cent a pound to $94.10; January feeder cattle fell 0.001 cent to $1.0830 a pound; December lean hogs fell 1.62 cents to 52.25 cents a pound; February pork bellies fell 2.35 cents to 81.70 cents a pound.
