Mount Pulaski High School Senior Honored

[November 05, 2007]  MOUNT PULASKI -- Jennifer Allspach has been named Mount Pulaski High School Senior-of-the-Month for October.

She has been active in student council, FFA, Scholastic Bowl, WYSE Academic Challenge and Science Olympiad. She has served on the yearbook staff and the prom committee and has participated in volleyball and cheerleading. She was elected freshman, junior and senior class president.

In the community, she participated with student council in the Halloween food drive and Make a Difference Day.

She plans to attend the University of Illinois to major in nursing.

Jennifer is the daughter of George and Karen Allspach of Mount Pulaski.

The Senior-of-the-Month program is sponsored by Johnson's Food Center and Mount Pulaski Pharmacy. Monthly winners receive $100 savings bonds and are eligible to compete for the $1,000 Senior-of-the-Year award.
