The open house is a great time for families and members of the
community to visit the classroom and see just what CIEDC Head Start
offers to children and families. Staff members will be available to
answer any questions that families may have about the program.
"This year we have a brand-new site with an upgraded playground
for these two classrooms," said Cathy McIntosh, family partnerships
specialist. "We welcome everyone to come and see our new location."
Head Start offers individualized teaching; dental, vision,
speech, hearing and developmental screenings; parent involvement;
and nutritious snacks and meals. Children with disabilities are
welcome.
