Soybean, Wheat Prices Jump on CBOT

[November 24, 2007]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Wheat, soybean and corn futures rose Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery rose 23 cents to $8.265 a bushel; December corn rose 7 cents to $3.89 a bushel; March oats fell 1.25 cents to $2.88 a bushel; January soybeans added 16.25 cents to close at $11.0025 a bushel.

Beef futures rose while pork futures finished mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

December live cattle rose 0.42 cent to 96.77 cents a pound; January feeder cattle added 0.8 cent to $1.1107 a pound; December lean hogs fell 0.15 cent to 55.6 cents a pound; February pork bellies gained 0.45 cent to 93.5 cents a pound.
