Elkhart-Mount Pulaski blacktop to be closed for repair

Beginning Monday, a portion of
County Highway 10 will be closed to replace a railroad crossing just
west of Mount Pulaski. The roadway will be closed for four days,
Oct. 15-18. No traffic will be allowed through the construction
zone.
