Speaking during a ceremony at the Logan County Courthouse, Lt. Gov. Pat Quinn honored all soldiers, particularly those who have given their lives in the fight against terrorism. The "Portrait of a Soldier" event over the noon hour Thursday launched an exhibition of pencil sketches of Illinois soldiers who have sacrificed their lives.
